I’m participating in another fun collaborative blogging event with Lillian-Juda Leonard Beach at her beautiful site: The Mini Beach Bird.
She has a series running called Meditation Monday.
Several bloggers have contributed their favorite meditations.
Each week new meditations will be posted for readers to try. As most of you know I’m a former meditation instructor – so this is truly something I feel strongly about. If I had my way meditation would be part of the curriculum in public school.
I’ve contributed a meditation to her weekly series titled: A Meditation on Meditating which was a guest post by Rosemarie Monaco. Click here to try it out and all the other great meditations collected there.
I’m sure you’re going to really enjoy this and love trying the many different meditations that have been submitted.
Thank you Lillian-Juda for arranging this wonderful event and for including me. I am truly honored.

Hi Angela… Since am new on your blog, I did not know you were an meditation instructor. Interesting… 🙂
In one period of my life I have studied various “techniques” for meditation. In the end I accepted view that I do not care for anything. I let things be temporary and change their energy. It was the best “meditative” experience that I had… Although it does not interest me as before, it’s nice to re-remember these periods.
I read a post in the link, and listen to a video clip. It is a good post…
Hi Marko,
Yes, I was a meditation instructor – and I loved it. I wish I could squeeze it back into my schedule again.
To each his own – if none of the techniques were right for you than you need to follow your instincts for sure.
Allowing things to be temporary and change on their own is a good way to address dealing with stressful situations too!
I’m glad you enjoyed the post.
Thank you so much for commenting and visiting here! It’s such a pleasure to “chat” with you.
Angela,
I will surely check it out. I think meditation is very important tools for gathering energy. I do mini meditation when I get a chance? Why mini? Because that how it much peace I get, before one of my kids jolts me out of my peace! 🙂
Hi Preeti,
I agree that meditation is so important.
Mini is better than nothing!
Grab what few precious moments of peace you can get!
Thanks for commenting and visiting!
